Elvis Presley made television and entertainment history with his Elvis: Aloha from Hawaii - Via Satellite special. Elvis was on top form physically and vocally. This was probably the pinnacle of his superstardom, one of the great moments of his career. Never had one performer held the world's attention in such a way. Elvis was the very first entertainer, ever, to do a Show via satellite. A great singer ... in a great location ... great music ... and now it's part of history.
The video is a Tribute for 2013, the 40th Anniversary of the "Aloha from Hawaii" Concert. It is a selection of clips of Jay, in different venues (and suits) performing the "Aloha" songs ..... a reminder of ALL the wonderful songs in this amazing show

ELVIS - THE WAY IT WAS
When Elvis performed he was always centre stage, unless he chose to interact with the band or backing singers. Jay's authentic Elvis Tributes have no distractions, and the backing is as close to the original as possible, so he delights the fans with a wonderfully realistic "Elvis" experience. Jay is one of the few Tribute Artists who manages to convey "the spirit of Elvis" ... the way it was ... without any "props". To see Jay perform click the pic.

THE EARLY YEARS
Elvis was only in his early twenties when he was in the Army, and when he made the movie "G I Blues". Jay had decided that as he "was not 25 any more" he should stop wearing the uniform. The fans, however, thought otherwise so, by popular demand, the Show is still included. THE VEGAS YEARS
In the 60s and 70s British fans hoped that Elvis would tour the UK, but in 1977 that chance disappeared for ever. These are the Vegas and Concert songs, including some of the great Elvis cover versions. Seeing Jay perform, with his amazing voice and stage presence, allows you to imagine that you have been transported back to the 1970s and you really are at an Elvis Concert and .... THE ALOHA TRIBUTE
The "Aloha From Hawaii" Show was broadcast live via satellite on Jan 14, 1973 and is regarded as the most watched broadcast by an individual entertainer in television history. "Aloha" is probably the most popular and best loved Elvis concert.
